Yes. Many talented professionals underestimate the value of their experiences and contributions. If you believe you are making a positive impact in your organization, profession, or community, we encourage you to apply.
You do not need to be a CEO, founder, executive, or public figure to be considered. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate leadership, initiative, innovation, service, and a commitment to making a difference in the places where they work and live.
If a colleague, supervisor, mentor, or friend has encouraged you to apply, that may be a strong indication that others recognize your contributions and potential, even if you are unsure yourself.
There is no limit to the number of individuals who may apply from a single organization.
Similarly, there is no limit to the number of individuals who may be nominated from one organization. Organizations are encouraged to identify and support all eligible emerging leaders within their teams.

- Applicants are evaluated individually, regardless of how many candidates apply from the same organization.

However, they can provide valuable context about an applicant's contributions, leadership qualities, and professional impact. While optional, recommendations may help the selection committee better understand an applicant's achievements, experiences, and potential.
Yes. Applicants do not need to hold an individual membership with AmCham Gibraltar. To be eligible, applicants must be employed by, affiliated with, or otherwise formally connected to an organization that is a current member of AmCham Gibraltar in good standing.

We recognize that leadership and professional contributions extend beyond traditional employment relationships. In addition to employees, affiliated individuals may include interns, contractors, consultants, board members, volunteers, or others who maintain a formal and ongoing relationship with an AmCham Gibraltar member organization or “friend of AmCham.”
If you are uncertain whether your affiliation qualifies, we encourage you to contact AmCham Gibraltar for clarification before submitting your application.
