30 Under 30: The Next Generation of Leaders Shaping Gibraltar’s Business and Global Future

Gibraltar 30 Under 30 is a flagship initiative of the American Chamber of Commerce Gibraltar (AmCham Gibraltar) recognizing the next generation of leaders shaping Gibraltar’s business and global future.

This program celebrates young professionals who demonstrate leadership, innovation, and a commitment to strengthening Gibraltar’s economy and its international relationships, particularly with the United States.

The inaugural program will run from 1 September 2026 to 31 May 2027.

Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be 30 or younger as of 1 September 2026 
• Be employed by or formally affiliated with an AmCham Gibraltar member organization
• Demonstrate leadership and impact in their field
• Commit to participating in the full program year

Expectations

Honorees will participate in program activities, support at least one AmCham initiative, participate in leadership workshops, and serve as ambassadors for the network.
